Danielle's small group training sessions are the most affordable and enjoyable workout I have had in years. Her training sessions, to me, have proven to be more gratifying than having a one-one-one personal trainer. The small group size, no larger than 6, allows for the session to feel personalized, but you get the added bonus of working out with other people who are eager to get in shape and/or lose weight. It's a fantastic workout, and after leaving her studio I feel motivated and energized for the day.

About 2 years ago, I had gained about 30 lbs and had a tough time trying to shed them. I got to the point that I was ready to give up because I felt like nothing was working. I found Danielle's daily fitness and picked up a flyer and read about her program. I decided it was worth a try so I signed up for one-on-one training sessions. During those sessions, Danielle taught me the best way to shed those pounds and taught me how to eat right. I have lost the 30lbs and some. I continue to work out with Danielle in her small group sessions to maintain my weight and to tone my body.

Danielle is the best of the BEST. I have been training with her for about 2 years now and do not know what I would do without her classes. I absolutely HATE going to the gym and I am rather shy, so the small group sessions have been great. Danielle always keeps up with the industry by introducing us to the newest moves and techniques out there. I have been working out with Danielle for nearly two years, and during part of that time I was pregnant with my second child. From size 12 to size 6! After weeks of passing by the Danielle's Daily Fitness window Screaming "What Are You Waiting For?" "Try Trying" I knew she was my only hope. In one month after completing two sessions a week, I had lost inches. In one month I had gone from dreaded working out to being excited about my next session at Danielle's. Danielle gave me the confidence and tools that I needed to succeed. She made me feel great about what I was doing and I felt like I fit in. I wasn't embarrassed about working out and more importantly Danielle made working out fun. My attitude about exercising has completely changed and I have more knowledge about what eating right really is. I spent those couple of months fighting the "food pushers" with "Say No to the junk and Say Yes to the dress!" In my head Danielle's window then Screamed the question "If you are going to be spending all that time and money on a dress for that special day, why wouldn't you spend some on the women in the dress?" July came and I did exchange THE size 6 dress...for a size 6 Petite. Thank you Danielle for giving me the opportunity to wear my size 6 Petite dress (with no alterations) down the aisle on my wedding day.

Ok, so this is one of those reviews that I hate to do. This is TRULY one of the greater Boston area's "best kept secrets", and I'd love to keep it all to myself. However, that's not nice, and besides you NEED to know. So, Danielle's. First, it's not a gym. There's no whirlpool, fancy Nautilus and LifeCycle equipment with tv monitors, no cafe, and no locker area. You gotta go somewhere else for all of that. What Danielle's is: an incredibly motivating, small class (no more than 6 in ANY class), cardio-studio, with a kick a** trainer-Danielle. You will work for the HOUR that you are there, and Danielle is wonderful at paying attention, and motivating those who need a little extra (me), and keeping the others on track. Basically, you've really got your own personal trainer because the classes are so small, and- she KNOWS everyone, what their goals are, what their weaknesses are, and probably their pet's name(s). Some people have these certificates with "personal trainer" on them, and I'm convinced they made them themselves at Kinko's. Danielle actually IS the real deal- she walks it, talks it, and LIVES it. I don't know what all the talk about calories is about. This is a high energy, one hour CARDIO BLAST WORKOUT with a certified, skilled trainer. Period.She has several classes each day, at different times, and you can go as many times a week as you like or can afford. Speaking of rates- reasonable, reasonable, and reasonable. SO REASONABLE that I'm not going to tell you here- give Danielle a call, I assure you, fellow Yelp! mates, you won't be sorry, and your body will LOVE you, and you'll love your results. Finding out I was pregnant was an amazing moment! I couldn't wait for the baby belly, but I was dreading all the other weight I would gain. Having been a client of Danielle's for 3 years I knew I would not only receive physical strength but emotional strength as well. I was able to work out until 8 and 1/2 months, thanks to Danielle's expertise and guidance, she never left my side. I gained 47lbs, but I lost ALL 47lbs by the time my son was 6months old.
