Believe it or not, I once weighed 260 pounds. I went on my first diet when I was fourteen years old. I guess you could say that I'm a professional dieter. Anyone can become a personal trainer. There are several great certifications that you can easily pursue. I truly believe that my personal experience with food addiction, dieting and exercise, makes me a special trainer. I know what it's like to go to bed feeling hungry. I've prayed myself out of the kitchen numerous times. Sure laugh, but I'm not kidding. 

Helping others feel better about their bodies is my passion. I know that when you are not living in your best body, it's hard to accomplish your best ultimate goals. I want to help you feel stronger, leaner and healthier. Some ask how I find the daily motivation to exercise and eat right. Truth is, I wasted several years of my life hiding and only half living, because of the way I felt about my body. Once I transformed my body, I knew I never wanted to hide again. Inspiring my clients keeps me motivated, focused and full of passion everyday!

My mission is to assist people in their pursuit of health and fitness. I am dedicated to providing my customers with the most affordable fitness solution in New England. My small group personal training sessions are designed to give you the most bang for your buck. Each group contains a maximum of six clients. My workouts are designed to stimulate as many muscles as possible by using a circuit -based system. In the course of each workout I will challenge you with numerous strength exercises, combined with short bursts of cardio, which will enhance your overall calorie expenditure. 

I realize that exercise is personal and extremely intimate for most. My goal is to make you feel at ease, while you learn how to maximize your own personal workouts. I don't expect you to be with me forever but I do expect you to learn, grow and make daily self-care a part of your life ongoing. I understand the importance of value, thus I consistently and consciously work toward providing the most comfortable environment possible for you to enjoy. My studio was designed with your privacy in mind. Working out with me is as comfortable as working out at home.
